We read every message and aim to reply within seven days. Please include enough detail for us to help you — for example, the language tab you were using, the letters you searched, and what you expected to happen.
What we can help with
- Reporting a word that should be valid in a given language but doesn't appear in the results.
- Reporting a word that appears in the results but shouldn't be valid for tournament play.
- Bug reports, accessibility issues, or feedback on the design.
- Questions about the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.
- Press, partnership, or advertising-placement enquiries.
What we can't help with
- Recovering a Wordfeud or Scrabble account — Unscramblr is not affiliated with either game; contact the publisher of the game you play.
- Settling disputes about whether a specific play is valid in your private game; Unscramblr is a reference utility, not an arbiter.
